Fun fact that everyone probably knows: Perfect Chaos’s design in Sonic Generations is what he actually initially supposed to look like in the OG Sonic Adventure. However, the Dreamcast’s hardware wasn’t strong enough to pull it off.

Well, in Generations, Perfect Chaos looks like how he was originally envisioned as a sort of watery dragon with scales. Due to the limitations of the Dreamcast, SEGA couldn’t get Perfect Chaos to look scaly in Adventure.

I prefer the Generations fight actually as I feel like there’s more at stake for the PLAYER (not sonic), especially with how unpredictable some of the occurrences are. You have to keep running or sonic dies essentially and there’s less room for error which I find is good. Yes you need to keep grabbing rings in Adventure but other than Chaos blasting at you, nothing really impedes your actions and he becomes a punching bag for Sonic

A lot of people seem to think that it translates to meters per second or some other real world speed measurement, but literally nothing suggests that. The Light Speed Dash has an SPD ranking of 390, and we know that the Dash is literally light speed because it says so when you obtain it in both Sonic Adventure 1 + 2. This puts Super Sonic's speed at 8,496,000,000,000,000,000,000 mph (13,672,990,000,000,000,000,000 kph), or 12,668,937,262,514 times the speed of light. THAT IS CRAZY FAST! To put it into perspective, if you realistically applied the Super Sonic boost to the gameplay, you could speedrun the entire series in 0.00000005 seconds! You could go through Sonic’s entire series in the time it would take you to blink!

You know when I first fought chaos chaos was way too easy Perfect Chaos seems easy as hell Perfect Chaos seems he wasn't much of a challenge I expected more hopefully in the remake of Sonic Adventure 1 + 2 we will have a hard mode for Chaos be much more of a challenge than what he is he was weak as heck are you expecting a lot more from chaos I expected him to be hard but nope I was wrong even if he had six Emerald chaos was still too easy chaos was a huge disappointment

That was actually his intended design in concepts they made for Sonic Adventure but Chaos wasn’t modeled that way since the team had a lot of limitations due to the technology at the time, so they put the intended design in Generations since the technology was able to do so.

This is the DX version on the Xbox 360, hence the "DX" and not "DC" since this isn't the Dreamcast version. Like I said above, this is the Xbox version. So I can't use mods. If I had the software to have both videos play side-by-side I would have done that.
