Mr X was in the original RE2, though only in Jill's run through or in Leon's B scenario (each character had two different scenario's they could play through. Unfortunately this feature was missing from the remake) Many who only played Leon's A scenario never saw Mr X.

@@BusesAreFatCars Mr. X features in both Leon and Claire's stories, but only on the second, or B, playthrough in the original RE2. This was changed in the remake so that Mr. X is present in both the A and B playthroughs for Leon and Claire. The remake DOES have an A and a B story, but it isn't the same as what the original concept was. Mr. X is also very different between the two versions, in OG RE2 he never wears a hat and can easily be "killed" each time he shows up (which is only at set points throughout the story). In the remake, you can get him to take a knee, but even that requires more effort than is worth. He's been designed to not truly die, which goes with every other Mr. X-type enemy Capcom has had in the series since the Ustanak in RE6, just an obstacle for the player to survive

@@RikouHogashi sort of, even in OG RE3 once you knew how to deal with him, Nemesis wasn't actually much of a threat, and RE3 actively rewarded you for fighting and beating Nemmy whenever he showed up. In RE2, you'd get some ammo to replenish what it took to take Mr. X down, but in RE3 there are two weapons that Jill can only get by defeating Nemesis during his various appearances (I can't remember if the Remake did that or just made him more of a recurring miniboss). Again, the idea of making the "roadblock" enemy something that cannot actually be defeated outside of cheats and multiple playthroughs wasn't something that really solidified as a concept until RE6, and it was only with the Ustanak in Sherry and Jake's campaign. From there you get Jack and Marguerite Baker in RE7, then the Mr. X we all know and love from RE2make

Have you tried this in any of the quake games, such as the Spiritworld Add-on? Try that with Golden King boss in the Spirit World as that fight is tough by itself. Better yet, do you think you could replay this with and add the golden king, or even other Quake monsters such as the shamblers, Vores, or Fiends? Ogres on nightmare mode are like enemy rockets cheat plus chainsaws. Either way, I love your videos, and I have been using them with pdxbla to help me get back to where i was when I was playing this game all the time back in 2010 to 2012!

Well Romhacked StupidMarioBros1Fan that isn't just map changes its a 1st to see new enemy models (even though he's more of a Supped up Mr. Blonde fittingly enough also head cannon would be "What if the Skedar knew that Joanna was a Major threat from the very start and sent their secret weapon at her") in a GEPD game let alone a Chase Hack I almost doubt it wouldn't be as effective in GE due to the many open maps it has unless Mr. X becomes even faster or is given a actual gun (golden gun maybe? or too broken?) but i did see the idea of the Xenomorph could become a reskin of a Fast Skedar

You can kill Mr. X easily in dataDyne Research Investigation by using the Elevator where you get the K7, if you play this mod again be sure to give it a shot, im sure SuperMarioBros1Fan will appreciate it xD

Nope this is with a real N64 controller. However 1964 GEPD does support mouse and keyboard for the base game and all its mods. If you want to play the normal game only though, I recommend looking up the PC port. Plays flawlessly and is way more responsive than 1964 GEPD.
