i played and sang this song for my big sister and her wife’s wedding as their first dance song. it was nowhere near as good as this performance, but i’m still proud of myself for doing it. the two of them had such beautiful smiles on their faces and it made all the practising and finger pain worth it. i love you banana bunches, ev and corey. thank you for sharing this performance with us, iqbal.

The slapping harmonics occur about six times throughout the song, besides the artificial harmonics in the outro. Basically you can slow the video down and observe his technique: - first he strums an e major chord to offset the vibration in the strings - immediately after he uses his ring finger to hold down the 5 th fret of the lowest string (e) - he then holds his index finger parallel to the fret and gently taps all strings on the twelfth fret This last technique is also known as perfect harmonics slap. Do note from the video that this process occurs within a single second, and slow it down from around 1:10 and watch this part. Hope this helps bro, keep practicing took me 30 days to be able to play this song. Hope this helps.
