Unlike other tutorials and online programs, we keep things simple and beautiful without overloading you with unnatural choreography and awkward “ballroom-y” moves you don't need to know and don't have time to learn. If you are looking for wedding dance instruction that will make you look NATURAL, RELAXED, and LIKE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING (and quickly!), you've come to the right place.
When you sign up for a tutorial, the teaching method is the exact same as if you were in a private lesson, i.e. you learn each step on it’s own before putting it together into choreography. With multiple angles, slow motion and tons of troubleshooting notes, it will be just like your instructor is in the room with you.

I can't stop watching you, guys!!! Your choreographies are amazing! Many first dance choreographies look somehow artificial, there's too much posing but this one looks just right and so natural and beautful. And this dress is fantastic. I feel really, really tempted to ask what brand it is :) (I feel soooo desperate to find something similar...)

Thank you soooo much, Antonia! You are so sweet! I'm so glad you think this looks natural. That's my goal with all of my dances! If it gets too complicated, it can look stiff and overly choreographed so I try to keep them all really simple, so that anyone can learn the dances and look natural and relaxed on their wedding day. I am so happy to tell you about the dress, it's from J.Crew, but I don't know if you'd ever be able to find it because I have probably had it for over 10 years. HAHA! It's one of my all-time favorite dresses and it has lasted forever. Maybe you could try eBay? Maybe search white dotted swiss shirt dress or something? I have had so much positive feedback on my tutorials from people who say they are NOT dancers, or are rhythmically challenged or have two left feet, etc. You can really learn how to have a beautiful, effortless first dance with my lessons. Hey there! "I Am Yours" is definitely on my list! Are you planning to use that for your wedding? If so, you could request a tutorial to it here and help move that song to the front of the line: bit.ly/request-wedding-dance-tutorial All of my tutorials break down each step into very easy to learn lessons, just like you are at a private lesson. Once you've learned all the steps, THEN you learn how to put it into choreography. This method is different from other tutorials out there because you don't get thrown into the deep end learning steps that only work with your song. Rather, you'll learn how to dance first, and then how to put it together to your music. This means you'll be able to use these steps for other events down the road! Win win! - Alex

Not silly at all! These shoes are SUPER comfortable, that's why I'm wearing them in almost all of my videos. HA! They are actually from Clarks USA, though they are probably 10 years old at this point... You might be able to find them on eBay or Poshmark or something like that.
