Gee, I wonder what the (presumably speaking) sellers favorite color of paint was? lol. Painting allowance anyone? This house has 'foreclosure' written all over it. Unkempt landscape, which is a no-no in selling a 459k property. The light coming in the sides of the closed garage doors tells me that, well, there will be a lot of unwanted air coming in, hot or cold. big rectangular property, but has a neighbor right close to your driveway. I see a price reduction coming in the near future.

Nice house, nice property size. Driveway sucks. Cracks and dips. Needs to be replaced. I dont know what the manhole things are in the back yard???? Needs total landscaping. All the fixtures in the house (faucets, towel bars etc) need updating. The master bath needs a counter rework and plumbing for a double sink!!!! All in all though, nice house. If I sold my house in California and bought this for cash outright, I'd still have about $200,000 to do a remodel (our prices are so out of touch with reality) and end up with mega nice place!!! If only I could take my retirement healthcare out of my crappy state. When you say NO HOA, does that mean there isnt one or there isnt a cost for it?

@@mollynguyen834Although we do get both tornadoes and hurricanes, it's depends on where you live honestly. Dallas gets twisters but not all the time, and not in the whole county either. People have lived here forever and haven't even experienced one, neither have I myself. Same for hurricanes only if you live on the coast lines, and alot of the times they usually hit more east like louisiana. It's not a every season thing be it inland or coastline, the unbearable heat half of the year or more is a guarantee though lol
