The fact that they treated each other with the ultimate respect and pure love shows they were supposed to be endgame. Most teenagers are hard shippers of Hermione & Ron or even Draco because they think that love in order to be great has to be complicated. But only a grownup would understand that love is actually far more simple. We marry our best friends, that person who has had our back unconditionally, who has been there for us in the good and in the bad, and for whom we feel like we would give our life. The relationship between Harry & Hermione shows nothing but this. Many people thought that people ship them due to the way they were portrayed in the movie but the fact that I read the book first and immediately fell in love with their bond.They way they compliment and complete each other was beautiful.Harry being brave and more of Acton boy , leading the team and Hermione being the intellect, planning and ensuring that Harry's Survival and his well being . Harry and Hermione knew exactly who they were to each other and who the other was to them. They built each other up and were there when the other broke. Through the fights and the glory, they were side by side. They always thought of each other 1st and had incredible understanding. Having a very mature and intimate relation, they also had a lot of fun. Every time they took each other's name or hugged, there was always something.
