Hello, Aap bade ache teacher ho. Aap ke saab videos bade ache hotay. Aur aap bade barki se instructions date ho. I am based Colordao and enjoy making receipe from scratch. Originally from Mumbai and my family enjoyed going to Muglai Restaurants in South Mumbai. Its very hard to get Asli Muglai Food in USA. So I am grateful that your sharing your knowledge about Muglai food and providing detail instruction in ur videos. I think ur site should have far more subscribers considering the quality of your instructions.

Thanks sir, waiting for the video on zeera vs shah zeera VS kala zeera. It is confusing mostly because I think there's a clash in the nomenclature which is further aggravated by differences in how people in different parts of the world have accepted what to call what.

Thank you very much, you really go to length taking care even of minutest if detail. You got it down to a science. Thank you a lot. Just a small request, please, when you mention in ingredient list like table/ teaspoon, at times some spices are hard to be measured in Table/ teaspoon quantities or when in number, the could be bigger or smaller and definately will alter the taste profile and the next batch would not be the same. So very kindly, if possible, whatever quantity you deem appropriate, please also mention in Grams. I am very excited about the different Zeera category video, I always had this confusion, thanks. Please also mention the English names too because at times Shah Zeera is also mentioned as Caraway Seed, at times Zeeri etc. But I know you will shed light and make clear. I come from Lucknow, and you know how they are, you have your family roots there, I am glad. Please, these are my humble and genuine requests. Thanks.

The moment I saw patharphool in your recipe I knew it was someone who knew the real deal. I use jaiphal as well and coriander seeds. If you could share the name of your grinder. Much impressed seems like has a great motor.... Awesome job

@@shadnaveed6261thank you but I think it's pronunciation difference between Indians and Pakistanis. I had to Google it but both refer to the same fungi. Dagad or dagar or pathar ka phool. Definitely a spice worth trying.

Patthar ke phool ko English mein Lichen stone flower kehte hain aur India mein alag alag states mein mukhtalif naam se jana jata hai ,ek hi cheez ke yeh sab naam hain.... Patthar ka phool Dagad phool Dagar phool Kalpasi Etc etc etc.

@@shadnaveed6261 both name is of the same spice,in India different name in different states. In south India they call it kalpasi ,in North , Punjab it's called dagad da phool ,in Maharashtra it is called dagar ka phool, in central India It's patthar ke phool, In English ,Lichen Stone flower.
