I think the best thing Izzy could do is stop drinking or seriously limit his alcohol intake. He always comes across slightly wasted. He's such a chill guy that the alcohol just makes him come across really weird. He reminds me of people I know in real life that are kind of socially awkward or shy, so they drink to be more social but it just makes it worse.

I don't think Izzy is secretly gay. What I think is that Izzy is a good looking guy who might've become good looking relatively late, so he just isn't used to getting attention for his looks and is awkward when it comes to non-platonic interactions. He may have been an awkward younger guy so going on these shows is his attempt at putting himself out there, but he just doesn't have the social experiences to know how to do it successfully. Thats why I think he's attracted (at least from the two shows we've seen him on) to women with very strong personalities. They can essentially take the reins in the relationship while he provides (to quote Jessie Woo) good dick. The problem is that the two women we've seen him chase aren't the types who go for that, so even though they have strong personalities, they want a man with a strong personality too. As someone else said, Izzy probably drinks to come out of his shell, but drinking tends to exacerbate and show who somebody truly is. So for an insecure, rather reserved guy like Izzy, drinking paradoxically makes him more insecure and reserved, rather than revealing some insanely charismatic side that's been under wraps.
