I tried doing ombre last night and could not get it. Tips i took from this video, the sponge is less porous than the one i used. Use a smooth buffing block, go over it again and then top caot. Thank you. New Subbie for sure

I would just do a base coat and then use a sponge to apply the color to the tip. I hope that helped 😊

You can. I prefer to file because sometimes the tip can be to smooth the polish can peel off if not applied on a rough surface. But I have done sets without filing and had no issues 😊
