Pizza Dough Recipe
350g bread flour (approx 2 1/2 cups)
150g All purpose flour (1 cup)
12.5g Salt (2 tsp)
0.3G Instant Yeast (1/8th tsp)
310g COLD water (1 1/3 cup) = 62% hydration
10g Olive oil (1 1/2 Tbsp)
3.5-10g Sugar (Used 1/2 Tbsp)
Mix as shown in the video. Don't forget to let sit for 30 minutes, then fold over on itself 4 times. Wait another 30 minutes and fold over 4 more times. Rest at room temp of 75 or cooler for 24 hours. 3 hours before cooking break apart and form into dough balls your preferred size for cooking. Enjoy!
