Cool video, love poached eggs! Good tip on the freshness, that probably is number one. I've always wondered if the vinegar REALLY helps or is that just one of those things? I noticed in the video you were comparing no vinegar to vinegar, but the no vinegar was just a whole egg cracked straight into the pot, whereas the vinegar was an egg that was probably drained? In a ramekin. I don't mean that at all as a criticism I'm just wondering if you did any direct comparisons like a drained egg in vinegar vs. No vinegar, I might have to do a food myths video on this sometime!
