Pehley tawey per 2-3 min pakain Phir oven ki grill on rakh ke usmain 2 min aur behtareen naan tayyar hoga. Main aisey hi banata hon. Aur recipe main doodh/anda na daalain warna cake jaisa taste aaye ga. Sirf aata/yeast/baking powder/sugar/paani use karain aur aatey main thori kalonji daal dain

Highly recommended recipe, I've been making naans since long and living abroad missing Pindi k roghni naan but then I saw this recipe and decided to give it a try and voila it turned out super awesome. I used tawaa and frying pan to make them and dashed them with butter instead of oil. Thanks so much for the recipe. You're doing a great job. BTW I tried your seekh kebabs too and they were also a hit. Best regards.

Really delighted to see such an authentic reciepe. I have a question if anyone can answer. How can you make nan bit elastic? Some nans are slightly difficult to break may be because of gluten. These are usually availble outside schools with Aloo Tikki. Please advise. I apreciate your good work.
