Her website is very user friendly as it is able to switch from metric to US measurements for the recipe. I highly recommend reading her page on the pastry dough as it contains some information on substitutes if you are interested. Hope that helps!

Why only fold it in 3? Why not 8? Not complaining, just curious. I've never made this

You don't want to over work if, but it still gives layers

@@Madi-ls5uu Yeah I tried folding it by 8, and it got much warmer. The butter melted and made the dough wetter. Not so flaky. Was still good for beef patties tho.
