Perfect rural dinner with new potatoes! Two traditional recipes in our village. And one meat dish

A WOMAN LIVES in the Ukrainian village. Today, Innnusya will cook two Ukrainian style young potatoes recipes (moloda kartoplya)! We wait all year for new potatoes to eat these recipes again. These are incomparable Ukrainian combinations that create unique tastes! One of the recipes has ukrainian sauce (gravy) with lard ("salo").
Innusya will cook meat as well. It is a Ukrainian dish which is called "vidbyvni". Thanks for watching!

Иннусю у на Днепровщине готовят молодой картофель по разному, хочу дать мой рецепт Мелкий, очищенный и помытый картофель заливаем молоком, варим до полуготовности, солим молоко. Дальше достаём отваренный картофельная сковородку разогретую с подсолнечным и сливочным маслом, хорошо обжариваем до румянной корки, добавляем чеснок, перчик чёрный и сметану на 1 кг картошки пол стакана сметаны. Даём прокипеть в сметане 5 минут. Подаём присыпав зелёным укропчиком . Это Божественно

Buenos días. Te comento a mi me gusta mucho las papas. Mi forma de prepararlas son varias, te explicare de 2. 1.- La tortilla a la española hay muchas formas de prepararlas pero esta me gusta mucho: Pones 3 huesos, cortas cebolla , agregas perejil y agregas la papas , y si quieres le puedes poner tocino todo lo bates y lo pones en una sarten hasta que se cocinen y listo. 2.- Tienes las papas ya cocidas y las cortas en rodajas no muy gruesas y le agregas espinaca , cebolla, jamón, y lo cocinas todo en una holla y cuando esta todo ya preparado le agregas crema natural y listo para servirse. Young potatoes (as small as possible) cooked and then mixed with dill, parsley and green onions + sour cream (simmer together 5 min on low). Sprinkle with black pepper ❤ mmm yum.

@@cirsiumc ah so, yes, just a note we are quite picky eaters in western Ukraine, so you are right, every sour cream is farmer's cream (home made) in villages. Because ppl still have cows and other milk producting animals. So for a most of cooking we still prefer village sour cream we buy from private ppl.

Love new potatoes. Especially with the skin still on them. Cooked in a pot on the stove with fresh green beans and pork/ham. Some corn bread to eat with that combination makes a great meal!

Yes...I call new potatoes "little fellers"! I like to make "taterboy soup" with "Yukon Gold" potatoes, little bits of sausage, little bits of well cooked kale (or green peas), little bits of carrot (by little bits I mean tiny-but plenty of volume though), garlic minced, little bits of yellow onions well cooked at the beginning, butter and salt and usually I add heavy whipping cream and half and half - REALLY rich meal! Who films your videos? I wish you could more on your growing up years, old photos, grandparents, the countryside-what growing up was like. Oooo that meat done that way looks tasty...very few calories surely!! We make a flour, milk gravy with salt, butter, pepper and bacon grease to pour on breakfast sausage or fried steaks (like how you did the pork). I love the salad! Many great ideas in your videos! Do you think you will have a bed n breakfast after the victory? That is a dad gum tasty looking dinner...I think tonight I will fry my pork chops rather than grill them!! God Bless, we in the USA LOVE Ukraine!!!! Victory soon and into NATO...they will NEVER bother you again. Ukraine is going to balloon in economic prosperity!!!!

Only thing I would have done different is steam the potatoes. _(Boiling takes a lot of the flavor out.)_ But, it looked very tasty. Єдине, що я б зробив інакше, це приготувати картоплю на пару. _(Кип’ятіння втрачає багато смаку.)_ Але виглядає дуже смачно.

Дякую за рецепт, взяла його собі. Як з'явиться молода картопля( зараз тіки посадили 😊) обов'язково спробую приготувати саме так. В нас готують майже так само, але в готову картоплю кладуть вершкове масло , зелень і сметану 😊. А рецепт салату теж дуже цікавий і його також взяла собі .😊 До цього знала тільки один варіант: редиска, огірок, зелена цибуля, варені яйця і то все заправить сметаною і зеленню . М'ясо 👍 Ще раз дякую , що можу дещо у вас навчитися 😊🌺🌺🌺

I use them three ways. I boil them until fork tender then stir in rich sour cream and lots of dill. I don’t salt them as I have to watch but you can add salt and pepper. I also throw in the slow cooker when I make beef stew. I also put them in the casserole dish with chicken, spices and let ‘‘em get crispy

скільки в світі голодних чоловіків і до жінок українських , і до страв. на різних мовах один поперед одним щебечуть. а вона як пава. адреси не дає , бо боїться чоловіка. і зверніть увагу , що ця красунечка все робить на простому подвірї , на старій грубі , прості сковороди , прості кастрюлі. по-домашньому , без мікроволновок , газу та індукційних печей. і ручки прості без всяких нігтів фарбованих. така ж вже наша . лайк.
