2 lbs Large Shrimp
1 lb Mussels
1 lb Lobster Tails
1 tbsp roasted garlic better than bouillon
1 tbsp lobster base better than bouillon
1/4 cup Juicy Crab Seasoning
2 Onions
1 head of garlic
2 lemons
1.5lbs sausage
2 lbs red potatoes
4 corn on the cobb (cut in half)
All Purpose Seasoning to taste
Sauce:
2.5 sticks of butter
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsps garlic paste
2-4 tbsps juicy crab seasoning

Made this boil for Thanksgiving dinner. Had Alaskan Crab, Snow crab, Andouille sausage, eggs, corn, shrimp, and broccoli. It was amazing. Spent 55 bucks on the juicy seafood seasoning and bought a 44 qt pot. I had to change the ingredient measurements because of the larger pot. Everyone loved it! I just need to have more butter sauce next time. The compound butter really added to the flavor of the sauce. Chef this was perfect! Thanks.

Try adding while baby Bella mushrooms to it. The way that the mushrooms soak up the juice is incredible. It’s like eating a gusher the way the flavor extracts once you take a bite.

A neat trick my mum does if you get live fresh water mussels- keep them overnight immersed in water and pour in some flour or oatmeal. They usually get fat and meatier from eating that stuff

Next time you really need to add some large white whole mushrooms. They absorb every ingredient and transform into “flavor bombs”. No matter how many you add they will be eaten first. People literally fight over those. And instead of red potatoes try a bag of the multi colored baby potatoes. They are like candy! I do a boil every few months. Always a crowd pleaser

we have always done both of these (though i personally dont eat mushrooms) in my family both are great ideas, we do 2 pots ,one with the smaller things like eggs, mushrooms, sausage, boudin, i believe the shrimp too but im not sure on that one
