I love the couple who knew you but didn’t want to disturb you while you were working . How respectful of them. As opposed to the folks that talk your leg off while you’re trying to work.
@samwoo99933 жыл бұрын
I think it's nice of that couple to not disturb you while you're working and yet, you took the time to say hello to them, offer her a sticker and give her a bit of how you see things. That's great fan appreciation. Nice job.

Fun finds! With kids VHS, watch for the Disney Sing Along tapes 3:11 (toward the left). I like to lot them up and BIN them. A few together usually brings $25 & up. I also see Sesame Street, dragon tales, Barney, ect. I look more for the cardboard sleeve and not the clamshell case kids. Hope that helps for future picks!

Wow you got a lot of great stuff. I love those little lots of things. I’ve done the same thing and made pretty decent money. One time I bought a whole box of embroidery kits for five bucks. My husband looked at me and said why in the heck did you buy that but I made over $100 on the ones I sold and I still have a few to sell. I’ve done that with vintage bottle caps that I’m still making money on, and will for a while ,and several other little lots like that. Those are my favorite things to buy . Small money but over time it really adds up to hundreds of dollars and even thousands of dollars in my vintage bottle caps case! I really enjoy your videos because you show stuff that you can actually find easily if you go out to yard sales. So many things you grabbed I would never even think to look at so now I’ll be watching everything so much closer!I’m so happy for you that you were able to do this full-time now, I don’t think you’ll ever look back!😁

Guess I need to dig out my boxes of old recorded from TV VHS tapes - I used to collect and trade old TV shows taped off TV with original commercials (I have TV shows going back to the late 60s). They were fun to watch, and the old commercials just adds that special touch. Anyway, I still have boxes of old tapes with shows from the 80's and 90s taped off tv. Guess I should start listing those. (Oh, I have a whole bunch of old Beta tapes with TV shows too).

And I don’t understand why some sellers aren’t willing to clean items (shoes, other valuable items ) before selling them! I watch one channel where she took pictures of the mud on the bottom of some very profitable shoes because she didn’t want to clean them! Her home and work area aren’t clean either, so go figure! I just don’t get it; I wouldn’t buy dirty anything and try to sell it that same way!!

I have a very good tip for cleaning stained Tupperware. I can usually even get out tomato based stains. In a large sink or bathtub: Run the hottest water possible from the tap. While it is filling, add Cascade DISHWASHING POWDER. Yep. Add it while the water is running, stir it around so it dissolves. Fully Submerge the piece. Place something heavy on top if needed to keep the typo ware under. Let it soak overnight. Scrub with a terry cloth towel. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. Using a magic eraser will actually take off a layer of the protective shine and makes it stain easier and deeper in the future. I have a large, deep, 1 sided sink. I add 1/2 cup powder for regular light staining, up to a cup for more difficult ones.
