Pretty great. The only thing I'll say, is that while it might be tricky, you can certainly make the floors go even lower so that you don't lose as much "headroom." Mr. Catcrab I was trying to make it into a real slum by trying to remake the already existing buildings on top of the already placed buildings. And i also expended it by placing another guard depot on the end of the workshop range in the back.

you should do a build on spectacle island :D a vanilla settlement on its own island to the south east :) pretty sure it has one of the largest areas to build on and could have some great possibilities, loving these videos, they're pretty inspiring to help me build my own settlements, keep it up ^^

How do you get all thesse mods to work at the same time. I cannot even get Homemaker, OCD and alternate settlements to work at the same time. I can either do homemaker with OCD or Homemaker with alternate settlements and i chose to do with OCD. But seeing your vids Alternate is a must have.
