Looks amazing! I know many people might think its a waste to fix a car so badly damaged, but im glad that this one was fixed. Its better for the environment to repair things instead of scrapping/replacing

Amazing skills! It's been over 50 years, since I've seen such a job done, and so perfectly. Nowadays, cars are just scrapped, because the costs are huge and the skills are no longer there.

As long as no damages to the floor panel, and somebody(mostly insurance, considering the low mileage) willing to pay, unit body vehicles can always be fixed to meet the safety standards.

Severely damanged would be considered a totaled engine or a bad transmission assembly. Body work is in contrast cheap depending which service you go to.

I think replacing the side was the correct choice. I agree that a car, that was practically brand new, deserved a second chance. I wish you could have saved my Mustang after I hydroplaned off a highway and crushed the back of it. I have a few videos on my channel. It was 7 years old with 71,000 miles. I had bought it brand new with 7 miles though.

There is no way this repair (using these techniques) would fly in NA or Europe. In USA the labour costs and replacement parts alone would be at least $12,000. The insurance co. would refuse to pay for it and declare the vehicle a write-off. But I do admire the skill of these workers and the amazingly great results!
