Jut try to get HS contracts of high lvl and do few rolls for high prosperity rolls on them, then set them in your HS codex.

@@shanacabal only lv 10 quests. So you need something like 7.400 prosperity

@@shanacabal not sure. You need green sigils but i dont know what prosp. Maybe just ask google.
