amazing technique and musicality for her age, but i feel the choreo sometimes gets a bit repetitive and is not as hard-hitting as it should be for a song of this caliber. its notable that she hooks and twists her leg around her body in a similar fashion almost every time shes on the floor and often holds a position too long to the point where it makes her appear stiff and uninteresting. while she does incorporate some details to these parts, they are almost too miniscule to appreciate the thought that goes into them. just my opinion tho, no hate; she did an great job regardless.

No hate. She’s a young dancer with an incredible talent for dance, choreography, and her musicality is second to none. She improves every time I see her. She sort of reminds me of a young Lauren Yakima. Ella’s nuances are less noticeable partly because of her size. Go watch the WOD duels with Lauren. I can totally see Ella surpassing her in a few years!

I found Ella’s version to be better though. I mean Ella’s younger plus she self choreographed this at 12 years old. This choreography is also more interesting and probably more complex.

A judge will see 100s of dances at each competition. Of course the same music comes up occasionally. I guess you wouldn't make it as a judge then.
