Bear in mind that the reason why some characters are missing/hidden is that it's still in the works and we haven't done every character yet. We'll eventually finish the rest by each update. Could you try out Ultimate S? It’s a mod that changes characters movesets, but it’s still decently balanced. For example, Kirby has a knife swing for his back air and a shoryuken for his up b. It’s p cool check it out!
