📌 Ingredients :
800g - 1kg small potatoes.
salt (according to your taste).
5 tablespoons olive oil (65ml).
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/2 teaspoon paprika.
1 teaspoon sweet chilli flakes (optional).
3 cloves of garlic.
1 tablespoon of chopped rosemary.
some chopped parsley for garnish.

ich hätte ja denn Knoblauch mit reingeschmissen und nicht ausgesiebt so wie siehst gezeigt haben das mit Sieb das machen hätte ich nicht gemacht ich täte es komplett drüber schütten über die Kartoffeln denn die guten Knoblauch wegwerfen ist doch zu schade lieber mitverwenden ist doch besser
