Both countries have almost similar system. Trains might be old or new but both are similar. I think pakistan railway stations are far more cleaner and better than Indian stations. Some Indian stations are better but most of them are just like yours. There are some new trains in India but they are only for rich people. Poor and middle class Indians still have to travel in crowded compartments where even the toilets might be broken or non functional. I havent see so much crowd in Pakistani trains. If Pakistan focus more on railways it can easily become one of the best railways . But whatever the condition of Indian railway might be I still love Indian railways. It is slowly progressing and might be we will also have non crowded trains in the next decade or so. At the moment no much hopes

Nowadays train stations of even smaller places in India have got better facilities than stations in Pakistan's premium cities. You can't even think about the condition of smaller places in Pakistan. They hardly have well laid out pakka platforms. Digitalisation and better seating facilities are not available. Electrification and Modern trains seem to be a distant dream for Pakistan. Even in terms of cleanliness they are worse than Indian stations nowadays as Indian platforms, tracks (at least in front of stations) are much cleaner now compared to a decade back. India's improvement is not very fast but Pakistan just doesn't seem to be progressing at all that's why the big visible difference.

I started my career with Pfizer Limited and traveled a lot in Indian trains. That was in 1973 and trust me, the Indian rail system then was much better than what I see in your video now. Pakistan needed trains a lot more than tanks which are purportedly built in Pakistan. We manufactured train coaches and diesel engines and not tanks which is the exact opposite of Pakistan. Trains, roads, and the economy go together. Pakistan needed an atomic power plant a lot more than an atomic bomb. Today 94% of the Indian railway route is electrified and we manufacture electric locomotives and everything else locally. Your leadership destroyed a perfectly good country and put it in a coma.
