As a request, it would be great if you can create some helpful video that how Agent can initiate a chat at first place. I am trying to use SendMessage global publisher action to do that. We have a middleware in place which is taking care of actual messages to customers and from SF we have to just take care of records like Messaging Session and Conversation.

Send Message is not for Messaging for In-App and Web. It is for SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc Channel www.infallibletechie.com/2021/01/how-to-send-mass-or-bulk-sms-messages.html

I have just finished a flow that triggers when the messaging session’s status updates to Ended on an enhanced sms channel. The flow updates the related lead. It works perfectly.
