Thanks for another sql in the sixty seconds. I'm not exactly sure I'd know how I could fix this type of issue if I encountered it purely based on the video, but knowing the warning is there in the execution plan is something I'll check for in future if I encounter slow queries and will go from there.

Hi, i often hear filter data early. Can you explain or give an example how to achive -> filter data early. Whe I inspect a sql query in the execution plan, it uses my filters always on the exact same places no matter how i write the select, or if i use a view bevore or whatever. This term is like a myth from the time when you had to configure mssql servers hash bucket configuration setting in sql 6.5.

I actually do understanding your feeling. I think there is larger context to this topic and I will try to cover that either in blog or video. Thanks for watching this one.

Hi Sir, been subscribed to your email updates. Can you also share some insights on SQL Server in AWS RDS? Because most of my workloads are running in AWS. Thank you.

The terrible AI generated content in this video reduces its over quality.

I am interested to know more. You are mentioning the images - correct? As the entire content I have built on my own.

This guy is a legend of SQL server and I've followed his articles and videos on and off for something like 11 years. He can put unicorns farting rainbow dust in the video and so long as the information is good and I'm learning something that's good enough for me. His videos have never been super fancy.

@reikooters I agree, I love this guy's brains and sensibility. But this is the comments section... And yes I was only referring to distracting AI generated imagery.

@PinalDaveSQLAuthority right, I know this content is yours. You are wonderful at this. You have a great attitude and haven't let the years make you cynical or bitter. Never change, never stop.
