Performance at the Limit - Ozone Zeolite 2GT - Deep Stall, Full Stall, and Loop

The Zeolite 2 GT responds to the light pressure; pull from your pinky is enough to induce an aggressive turn or bring it to a full stall. This wing requires a 2 stage stall technique. You need only a little brake pressure to maintain a stable flyback. Flyback in my case is just above my belly button. Glider is loaded heavy on the weight range. Beware of overzealous braking which can lead to wing tip stalls, so ease off and pay attention to the brake pressure lightening.
Turning requires less effort compared to the Zeno 1, given its lower aspect ratio and thermal feedback is easy to read. Both gliders recover from stalls in a similar shooting fashion, so timing your brakes just right is crucial to catch the wing as it shoots out and avoid over-braking re-stall.
In comparison to the Zeno 1, the deep spiral speed of the Zeolite 2 GT feels slightly slower, but their top speeds on bar feel indistinguishable. The Zeno 1 feels more aggressive nature and has stronger feedback, contrasts with the Zeolite 2 GT's ability to smooth out turbulence. Zeolite has great agility, and less pilot workload even in moderate turbulence.
Zeno 1 demands more complex brake inputs in a tight thermic turn as the leading edge pitches forward as you enter or leave strong thermals. But Zeno 1 performs better on weak, disorganized thermals. Zeolite 2 GT agility is more suitable as an Alps wing, keeps you tightly in the core with ease. Zeolite 2GT is tuned more for the Alps while Zeno 1 can do well even in the flats.
PRO TIP: Transitioning from a 3-liner to a 2-liner, it's essential to master your glider recovery without succumbing to panic. I advocate that every pilot should familiarize themselves with flying back at least a hundred times on their previous easier wing before advancing to a higher performance wing.
