@@GhettoWrenchhello sir . U mind telling what fuel pump u running? Is it rolling wrench? I just purchased one from eBay . It's for a utv. Low pressure but the outlets are like 5/16. I think it's a knockoff off for Honda Ruckus 50. I've got the rolling wrench 21mm pwk carb which is hard to figure out unless the electric fuel pump solves it. I did strap the gas tank to the seat an gravity fed it. It fired right up but give throttle an bogg but if get rpm up it trys to do better. I put 6.5 gram rollers in to see if helps an I've got the back tire off ground to test but the dam bogging. Get small jets in it . Needle set in middle. Any ideas?

@seanmayo206 I have the rolling wrench pump on 1 bike but the carbole 2- 3.5 psi pump on the others. Is your floats sitting too high? Could you be flooding the carb?

Now we just need to know what is easier when replacing the crank: swapping oil gears or buying a different crankcase

REMEMBER THAT IF YOUR CARB IS RUNNING FULLY OPEN AT YOUR 50MPH YOU WILL NEED TO JET UP FOR FASTER SPEED MORE SPEED MORE FUEL ⛽️

Good stuff to know. I always stayed with the stock cdi. Did you ever try out the remote start/alarms? Thats what that plug on the left that loops back into itself is for.
@GhettoWrench

@thelagmeister oh man. I had no freaking idea what that loop was for. No I never messed with those

@@GhettoWrench They are very cool. the alarm plugs right in. The brain and speaker have adhesive on them. Wam bam. It's actually very loud and with the remote start you don't even need a key in the ignition while you ride. They sell for $14-$20. It's one of the best things you can put on your bikes

Hey brother haven’t seen ya post in a while. Hope all is well. I did some more digging with CDI stuff and found that fully programmable kits from like stage 6 can get very pricey very quick lol. Definitely gonna go the cheap route

My dad gave me a CDI from his 150cc gy6 go-kart. Its got a little dial to advance or retard timing +10° or -10° I've been running 93 and it seems to run well (this is before BBK)

Can someone explain the flywheel magnet? The trigger or whatever lines up with magnet an piston is at Top but the F an T confuse me
@GhettoWrench
@GhettoWrench 4 ай бұрын
@seanmayo206 the pickup sensor can be welded to that flywheel in any random place just so long as the when it passes under the pickup coil the bike is at TDC. It is actually 28 degrees before TDC but that is so the CDI can retard timing and give you an adjustment range. They should have mechanically put it at like 40 degrees BTDC to give us more advance range adjustment... but they didn't.

I've got a adjustable naraku CDI. This shit is so hard to learn. Maybe it isnt
@GhettoWrench
@GhettoWrench 4 ай бұрын
@@seanmayo206 yikes. I have not tried one of those yet. But you can only advance to the mechanical advance limit of the flywheel. I measured my 50 flywheel advance at 29 degrees. So you can't get more than that. I would just set it to FULL advance

I left a comment earlier but i guess youtube deleted it because it had a link... lol I know you are in florida too, if you are around the Gainesville area or close enough and you feel like doing one more test, i have the one from rolling wrench that is $150, i always wondered if it actually did much and if i had made a mistake by not getting the ncy one. I guess i wont put the link again but if you go to the rollingwrenchdenver dot com and search "A/C CDI Coil Combo 150cc QMJ157/49cc QMB139 (Plug & Play)" I have that one.
