Don't think so I haven't used that device but I have the plus version of that one and one think it lacks is the fact that I don't have an analog and I tend prefer that over a dpad to play psp games

Just pop the mini SD card in your android phone download the roms put them in the correct folders once done pop it back in system! Works like a charm
