He’s a tv personality, and adventurer and a former UK special forces and Royal marine commando. 'Foxy' joined the Marines as a 16 year old in 1992 and was medically discharged in 2012 having been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Since leaving the military he has talked openly about his mental health.
