I think the greatest trick serve I have rver seen was by Bernard Tomic (ironically vs Kyrgios)...the technique was incredible

First time he did that to Rafa the Wimbledon crowd booed him deaf and the Australian papers wrote dozens of column inches about how disrespectful he was. Every time he won a point off Rafa or Meddy with it half the crowd booed and half went wild. Rafa and the media were furious. Then Andy Murray and his mum said it was okay and within the rules. But the Australians have never forgiven him for being so 'disrespectful'. Now everyone does it.
