@@JeffAvenue If I'm not mistaken, I watched that from one of BTS DVD concert (I don't remember which one) Jhope and the director said that JM and his dancers were perfrect for each other Because: 1. Jimin had in-ear but he half second late from the beat 2. Dancers heard the music which echo-ed because of the stadium Hence, their dance become "right" on beat

A cool fact about the back up dancers is, yes bighit keeps the same ones, but during their speak yourself tour, they used local dancers from each location that they visited. The neat thing about BTS is their ability to unite all these artists to put on an amazing show.

BTS used the same dance crew, i think it's kind of in-house BTS crew. They bring those dancers on tour too, but they also coordinate with dance crew on the designated country. The in-house dance crew usually on stage with Jimin's Serendipity, Jungkook's Euphoria, or J-Hope's Just Dance. And the local dance crew will accompany them for anthem songs like Not Today, Idol.. To be honest, I realized this after spotting 1 dance crew whose hair like ...pinapple.. I hope he wont change his haircut tho, I like him 😅

Jimin's dance style is slow and smooth then fast to lock into a move on beat. It's very fascinating to watch. He's not late but his style makes it look that way compared to other members. If you only look at him he hits every beat. :)

@Jessica Krogh Totally agree with you. Well explained. He uses the beat differently than others. At times he seems a little late but finishes at the same time as others at the end of the beat. He has his own division of the beat and plays along with his feel on the specific moves. Personally It is so satisfying to look at. I don't really think that he thinks he is late even though he sometimes put it that way.

I went to their concert recently after a long time of being army and it only increased my respect and love for them. As someone who has experience of being a dancer and theatre technician I could just see how much effort, time and money they put into creating the best experience for army.

One of the reasons why I love dance practices so much is because although it's technically already the finished product, you can still catch small mistakes or mishaps sometimes. I don't know why, but knowing that it's actually a process until the polished live stages we see is kinda satisfying and I would love nothing more than to see a whole Making Of documentary of an album production: Making beats, recording the guides and songs, developing and learning the choreos, photo and MV shoots. I know we'll probably never get one, but a girl can dream.

You are so lucky! I've never gone to a BTS concert. I just read the experiences of some Armys and watched their videos :( I really wanna see what everyone keep telling me about Hobi on stage. Fire, Not Today and Mic Drop are my favourite dance practices too (and this one now, as it is insanely good). JK is my bias so I am drawn to his dancing/singing the most. The 3J's were always the best dancers but then V became part of the dance line too and RM, Suga and Jin have improved so much over the years. Proud of them all.

yes, BTS is perfect when it comes to their choreography! i'm always in awe on how awesome the other members could catch up with the dance line! that's real hardwork and passion! they execute the choreography in synch with each other like it's so natural for them to move like that! 16 hours a day of practice, passion, drive and professionalism really paid off for them! and yes, even on dance practice they take it seriously especially Hobi who's a very strict dance leader that put a scare on the members! nyahahahaha how they dance in the practice, their facial expressions, their fierceness, their emotions and attitude... you also see it as it is if not more in their live performance! BTS are perfectionists that's why they always want to give us the perfect performance every time! yes, V's solo and focus is always amazing and he got this charisma and fierceness that pulls you to him! Jimin is an amazing, gracefull, sexy and powerful dancer! Jungkook is always powerful and awesome to watch! Hobi is incomparable! and the hyungs (Jin, Suga & RM) could dance side by side with them and make everything the most beautiful and entertaining to watch even on repeat! BTS is the best! there's nothing like BTS!

it's amazing that after all this time, each of them still puts that much thought and effort into their performances. a lot of artists can easily get jaded and tired from it all and their performances suffer. but not BTS!

@@JeffAvenue true! maybe because their music and performance are their passion in life. they want to express their thoughts and emotions through their songs. they want to make the world a better place to live in from the messages in their music. tgey are the only artists that shows genuine affection, care, concern and appreciation to their fans (ARMYs)! they love performing for us! they live to make music for us! they were given a 2 month long vacation last year but they couldn't help but miss each other, creating music together and performing to their ARMYs so they returned earlier than scheduled! You’re actually right. As much as I love BWL so so much and the fact that they can finally have simpler choreography (that Jin always wanted 😂) but hardcore, fire breathing, breathtaking performance fits them best! Although they have a hard time singing because of the choreography, still that’s what make people draw into them. It’s all about the big scale cramped with dancers kinda stage for them.

💜Thanks for your great reactions! Yes! BTS is so amazing! Especially in this performance but also we have to shout out to their back up dancers as well! BTS has their own back up dancers who always was traveling with them on each world tour concerts, so some of them who has been together for long time are very close to BTS! If you watch some of their past concerts video, end of their concerts when they say goodbyes, all the back up dancers would come out to say goodbye as well. Our Jimin who loves & never afraid to show his affections to people that close to him, would run to some of these backup dancers he is close to , give them big hugs, sometimes he would just jumped on them! You can see that these backup dancers are used to his affectionate actions that there are no awkward ness or surprised reactions! They are probably friends! The other members say, Jimin has a different aura when dancing and you said that as well. I've always loved Jimin as a dancer, but until recently (I've been in the fandom for a year) I hadn't realized how talented he is. The first time I noticed it was in the coming age ceremony dance practice, it was iconic ... there was a little jump that Jk and Jimin did, but you could see the differences in their jumping ways, Jimin's was more artistic. Years of contemporary dance practice showed.

They have official Korean back-up dancers, but also have affiliated dance troupe or agency who supplied them dancers when they need more or when they're overseas. I've seen some of back up dancers vlogs and some of them auditioned.

your comments are so insightful! so many dancers have been reacting to bts recently but i'm always so sad that they don't talk about the dancing in depth. but for this video: honestly, i kinda hate this dance because of the tables they use. see how much the tables move when they are dancing on them? they are on wheels and they are not stable at all! it looks soooo dangerous. i'm on edge all the time! ahhhh!!!

yeah that's exactly why I made this channel because I would see the same thing, dancers reacting to BTS but not providing any insights on why they enjoyed the performance in detail. They stopped falling to the ground because it was a safety issue. There were too many times where one of them would hit their chin. So they pulled that stunt and switched it to what it is now. But if it hadn't been for that, it would have been pulled regardless. As you said, every night would have been too much for them after a while. This is my first video or yours, and I like you already lol. Jimin and Suga biased here. Yes, both, and not wrecked. And I love the other members too, I just relate to Jimin and Suga more so for other reasons.

FYI-Besides genius RM's IQ=148, both Jimin & JK IQ's=128 (Jimin excelled in everything he did: Top student/academically, goid at sports, WHILE Top Dance student, WHILE Top Martial Arts student (offered scholarships/extensive training abroad, in all 3)😊

They changed the choreo at the part where they drop into a push up that you were missing because of members injuries. The last one before the final change was Jungkook who almost split open his chin at practice for one of the music shows.

Jennifer Parker yea I heard about that :( as I mention in the video, it would’ve been a safety issue which it became. It was a good dance move but definitely not worth the member’s injuries!

I'm going to tell you why Jimin might be late, is because his artistry is different. He has his own style sometimes it's hard for him to conform to Bts, because they aren't contemporary. But they do appreciate what he has learned and Jimin tries to do what he needs to do for everyone. So let Jimin out of his bubble and perform what he wants to do. Only saying Jimin has so much to give on stage, let's let him have a solo.

@@JeffAvenue Tae, RM & Jin all worked very hard to get better..SUGA used to bboy during his underground rap days, but since his shoulder injury, so he always could dance..Tae ended up in the dance line, both Jimin & JHope (both started as pre-teen street poppin'/hip-hop & won competitions) are the main dancers> per experts- they're both world-class and rapper RM & actor Jin may not be BTS' best dancers, but compared to most performers, they're pretty great.😊

Jimin always have this delay, actually it was not a delay but a very different counting. I think bec he always have this habit to go slow then real fast afterwards. His end moves are always on the beat but his process and counting while doing the moves is very different so it looks delayed. I think JM said this before, that he has delays and cannot fix it. Idk where he said it can't remember. Regardless, JM is my fav performer.

Dheyoung Vizien his weight is most likely on his bum than his back. He could also be not actually leaning into the chair, which requires a lot of core strength :)
