Mark was right when he said the bridge is the killing part, cause those vocals by RJ/HC/CL are so SO satisfying and then followed by the lower register of the rapline I'm so glad they had much more vocal/harmony layering in this title song and just the album overall. Edit: I just realized Jeno did some of those harmonies for RJ and HC's lines in the bridge while CL harmonized w himself! No wonder it sounded so good

They did perform this at the end of their live Showcase yesterday and it was indeed an amazing and intense choreo (at the end when they were walking off stage, Jaemin paused and said, while out of breath, that "This is hard") The footwork that I was able to see was stunning and I can't wait to see a dance practice with a wider view. (And the music show performances, especially because EXO and NCT Dream promotions will overlap I think which is my happiest place!)

Jisung is now 21! He’s legal to drink in the US and enter casinos! Where has our little mouse gone? 😅 I love his duality between being on and off stage. He reminds me so much of Kai, Taemin, and Taeyong. Timid off screen and a monster on stage.

Random bit of info that might read into meaning of ISTJ track- the legendary SM songwriter/ producer Kenzie was in charge of this song and she is apparently ISTJ. The Dreamies represent the ENFP personality type (although most of the members classify themselves as introverts when they choose to classify themselves which Renjun refuses to do hehhee) which is the complete opposite of an ISTJ. They come into a very ordered place full of curiosity about this person who is so different to them (and they introduce a lot of chaos too) but they truly want to understand the other for who they are, rather than putting people into narrow categories. So they escape from this categorising "MBTI world" and go back to the "Real World" - I found it a very lovely concept : ANOTHER EXCLUSIVE PEARL FROM NCT DREAM.👏👏🥰

'ISTJ' hasn't quite wooed me so far, but I think it might be one of those songs that needs to be experienced together with the actual performance to truly shine. I'm going to watch their music show performances and see if the song grows on me. I adore 'Broken Melodies', so possibly that one will be the highlight of this comeback for me.
