Knowing that Kai this time was still injured . He was holding it in . If you see he can't jump properly or bend his knee as much like the others. His leg movements seems kinda stiff & he really was trying to be careful. He can't go hard. Everytime fans asked him if he is okay he will always reply in such simple way that he is 'totally fine' to not make fans worried. I'm so proud he can do such a choreo & looking so professional. He blends with the others without showing any kind of awkwardness. Please support him for his upcoming solo debut on 30th Nov. He is really excited about it.

I love Taemin’s body line! I think it has a lot to do with his incredible technique and the fact that he puts so much thought into tiny details, but also his amazing body proportions give him a huge advantage. He is slim, has very long legs and arms and honestly he looks like a contemporary ballet dancer to me - so elegant, yet so fierce! I just love his dance style, it’s very unique and mesmerizing.

not related to it, but i think their album and bsides were super slept on this year. the production quality, the different genres, the vocals, the harmonization, the rapping, everything was amazingly done, the album has no skips. and like, people saying bts were the first to do a song in kpop about quarantine and the current situation and discrediting them, when we already had better days, together at home and with you way before... but anyways, the most important thing is that us fans are enjoying their work, it's better to not focus on the haters(basically, 90% of kpop stans), but i think people are really missing out.

Super One album is my favorite album released in 2020. All songs in the album are so good and have been on repeat on my playlist. Unfortunately, I think it was bad timing for SM to release this title track and album just days after NCT2020 was announced and months after Super One album was announced. The hype went down (dont kill me, just my opinion). I feel so sad because the songs deserve more love. Listen to their b-sides guys, you’ll love it!

I want to appreciate Baekhyun in SuperM. Lucas, Kai, Taeyong, Taemin, Ten, Mark all of them are lead/main dancer and center in their own group. But Baekhyun is the only who not a main dancer or center. And he can still manage to dance to SuperM's hard choreo + always hit that high note perfectly. That such a great work from him. He improves a lot better in dance

Kai seemed not like his usual 100% with this performance (and it's more obvious in the Kai focus video), cuz obviously he was still recovering from his ankle injury. And he seems tired too. yes choreo wise Ten was under utilised in this song. He’s always at the back or at the edge of the choreo but I watched his individual fancam for this performance and he’s so good despite members popping up at his fancam because he’s at the back.

I think it would really be hard for SuperM to synchronize their moves since most of them now have their own signature style, they're not just fresh from the training room Idols. But I enjoy watching their individual focus cams. It's really interesting to watch how the song somehow changes when you watch them separately.

You know Jeff, there's this issue with Ten's fans that he's never given enough lines in SuperM during their debut.. Now that he's given this opportunity to showcase his vocal, I think it's ok that he sacrifices some moment of dance because it's not always dancing in the performance, he is also a singer. I hope his fans won't complain anymore like why not give him the amount of dance... I feel bad for Ten also, but I'm glad that he's doing his best to excel in singing as well. Honestly, he has a good voice, and if he envisioned himself to perform and follow the footsteps of Taemin, he has that potential to grow big. He has to work harder like Taemin. I hope his injury is fully healed now because I missed those back flip and some acrobatic dance moves from him before.

For me it’s actually interesting to see taemin do those typical “boy group” dances which focus on how hard they go since he and shinee in general have a really different style from your usual boy group. but he bodies it he rly trained himself exceptionally well in so many genres and always keeps exploring and expanding his limits

If you would watch most of SuperM's One live performances, you will notice KAI 9:39 do his jump on one foot. I heard that was because of his injury. Kudos to him for still performing so flawlessly! ❤

I’m sorry, but I disagree about Lucas being “shortchanged.” He’s probably one of the luckiest guys on the face of the earth, and would be the first to admit it. He’s also the least experienced performer in this group, and there are of plenty of other, more talented singers, rappers, and dancers who would kill to be where he is. He’s a very handsome, very nice young man who has worked very hard get to where he is, and for that he deserves all the credit in the world. But let’s understand that he’s not a Taemin, or a Kai, or a Baekhyun. The fact that he leads the dance at the end shows that the folks at SM have a lot of faith in him. Let’s try to appreciate that.

About members executing moves differently. Style individuality aside, you should consider their positions. They tend to "underdance" some moves when they're not center and/or away from the camera, to save up stamina. Which would explain why some members don't go AS hard at times hhh

Yeah, there are some heavy hitters on the dance side in this group. So I attribute that to they haven't had enough time to dance together. Just an example of 2 members... Taemin and Taeyong have different styles in general but I can absolutely see how if they had the time they would adapt their movements to match. Like in SHINee there are places I see the members working their own style and then in other places they move as one (like Taemin doesn't just Taemin it all the time).... that takes time and practice to build. If this was a full time primary group the level of dance would be 10,000/10 it's already 5,000/10 for me. Also, I honestly didn't realize what a great dancer Taeyong was until after experiencing this comeback and then taking a deeper dive into NCT and seeing him on his own a bit. I'll blame that on how stacked SuperM is with talent...can't decide who to look at, not even my biases.

Because all of them are distinct dancers in their own groups and even in NCT, Lucas and Ten in WayV have a slightly sifferent groove compared to 127 hard hitting style. KAI is a sharp dancer, and Baekhyun has his own style too. But to see them come together, even with Taemin's very unique style, this super group is one of the most versatile performers out there. They just mesh well together. Their team dynamics has grown so much too. It helps that the hyungs are so approachable. SUPERM is like a mentor mentee gsthering. With the how the group was formed, it is highly possible that the group was built around Taemin, based on accounts of the conversations he had with Lee Soo man and him as thecfirst member selected. These boys are handpicked for a reason, 3 are already soloists, and Mark Taeyong and Ten very likely in the near future. Even Lucas, being least experienced performer, has such a strong presence and charisma. Lucas just needs to find his identity as a performer for him to embrace his future soloist self.Markyong definitely i think already solidified their performer selves. TEN is a great dancer, and is coming to terms with his vocalist self. And Lucas will definitely follow through soon. The future for all SuperM members is bright

i kind of disagree about everyone in here being a great dancer, i mean they are all able to execute the dance well after months of practice like most idols but there are definitely members that stan out in dance compared to some others. i wish they didnt shove ten in the back a lot, you are right they are under utilize but i just find his style so fascinating so my eyes naturally are just drawn to him either way.

"Ten is under-utilized here" Straight facts. I feel theres somewhat of a "unit system" within SuperM. Ten and Taemin are more the dance focus; we don't hear much from Taemin or Ten but instead we see their dancing stand out. (At least in this song) Baekhyun is the focus of vocals more so than Kai, Ten & Taemin. (Once again in this song). We also don't hear a whole lot from Lucas, instead its Mark and Taeyong(which it usually is in both NCT and Super M). I find each member shine far better in their own groups; Ten and Lucas get alot of focus in WayV. EXO emphasises Baek and Kai and NCT always utilizes Mark and Taeyong. Taemin is a BEAST on his own as well as in Shinee, so I feel he kinda takes a 'backseat'(not literally; Taemin gets his own moments and he's essential to Super M) but he gets somewhat less focus with vocals in order to focus on the dance(as he's known for being one of the best dancers in the industry) and let the other members shine. (In my opinion anyway).

Theyre all GREAT dancers and singers(theyre all well-rounded performers) don't get me wrong; but thats just how i see the group; how all other idol groups work. They have a position to fill and thats what they focus on.

yeah i agree the members are all definitely much better utilised in their respective groups. sometimes i feel like in superm, nobody ever shines more than the others bc of how high their skill level is in every category, maybe except baek in vocals (obv), then again i guess that's what happens when you create an all-star group like superm lol

I believe Kai's still recovering from an ankle sprain here so he was kinda doing some shortcuts towards the end. But all in all, I love ONE choreo. 🔥🔥
