Why do you apply load on the submodell one more time if the main modell is already solved with all applied loads?

At 8:12 pedal load is applied which results in some deformation, then why is it again applied at 11:10. Doesn't it make over load than the required load?

There is a load in the cut region. As I see it, if it is not applied again in the sub-model, the overall load balance would be wrong.
