I agree with you in regards to Vanille Banane. I’m starting to feel the opening of these fragrances is how they draw us in and is the best part of the fragrance. Great haul

I think you might be right! I’ve noticed that usually when something is a love at first sniff for me, I end up falling out of love once I give it a full wear. If the scent of Vanille Banane was presented in reverse order (straight Vanilla first, transitioning into the banana milkshake/banana laffy taffy lol), I think I’d even prefer it that way since the base notes are typically what you smell/sticks around the most

I’ve also heard they smell different. Not sure if that’s true but I read reviews that the newer one is more of a straight Vanilla and the OG is more complex. Now I want to smell that one 🤔 we might have to swap soon 😝

That could be true since my Vanilla 28 is starting to get that Vanilla Extract scent you speak of. Like still not comparing them side by side but like if your cooking with it. I love it tho, I think it was coming off just boozy but now I think that’s what’s creating that vanilla boozy side.
