Just friendly tip: Fragrances are suggested not to be stored in bathrooms due to humidity and extreme changes in temperature (caused by hot & cold showers). They go rancid quicker. I’ve experienced this myself. Their shelf life is extended when stored in a dark, dry place. ❤️

I received a phone call from a treasured friend yesterday. I haven't seen her in so long, I moved away, then the world event that shall not be named happened. During our convo she and her son remarked how soft and beautiful my hands were and how good I smelled all the time. I was so blown away almost to tears by that because I never knew anyone really paid attention to it. To be known as the lady who smells good. My whole being was smiling. Fragrance is special. So the Eau De Charlotte-it says the scent notes are lily, lily of the valley, black current blossoms and then vanilla and mimosa when it is worn for a bit-so a floral. I did find out you can still buy it, but mainly on Etsy and Ebay. It would be so interesting to know exactly why she had it-but probably because of her daughter’s name I would think ☺️ The orange blossoms scents and the beach scents are what gets me. Those are my loves. Originally from Florida so I get the scents bringing it back to mind.

I used to work at a perfume store and as you showed the bottles all the scents were coming back to me. Scents are so important in reliving memories ❤️ My mom received Chanel 5 when I was born as a gift so that scent is very special to us. You need it!!! Musk mixed with a powder scent

You are missing one when it comes to the beach. Please try Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess. It is all that you described about the others!!!!! My all time favorite is Bottega Veneta. It’s life, it’s everything. Two summers ago our family took a trip to Italy. When you and Nate can go and visit the Isle of Capri. The whole island is filled with florals and smells, and perfume shops. Look it up on the web, your nose will thank you.

I stopped wearing perfume because I was encountering a lot of people who were allergic and would get headaches from any scent, lotion included. It made me very sad, but I’m going to take your advice and wear it now since I’m not around anybody anymore (thanks covid).

I totally agree with the idea that perfume should be just for you. That is how I feel anyhow. :) Like you said, if others smell it and like it- great. But, it is a decadent treat and pleasure to wear on a beautiful perfume. It is the perfect mood lifter for me!

just wanted to let you know since you seem to really care about your perfumes, it is not good to keep them in the bathroom. the cabinet is great but fluctuating temperatures in a bathroom (+plus steam) decreases the perfume’s ability to perform and can make them expire sooner.

I LOVE the smell of sunscreen! Replica Beach Walk is probably my all time favorite of all the perfumes I’ve played with because it’s that perfect by the beach/by the pool scent. I love anything beachy or tropical. Apart from that I’m with you on the Vanilla! I love a warm, sweet, and cozy scent. Your collection is GORG 💖

I've been binge watching your videos these last few days. So fun! I think you might really like Fracas by Robert Piguet. It's a classic honeysuckle jasmine scent, but very rich. The bottle is beautiful too, black with pink. That and the Keils musk are my two all time favorites. Your medicine cabinet is gorgeous! I never would have thought it was from Ikea.

Great collection. If you like rose and powdery scents you may like YSL Parisienne. I am not sure if Sephora or Nordstrom sells it anymore but I’ve loved it since 2010. It could be grandma-ish but not. I haven’t found another that I love as much.

Boudoir by Vivienne Westwood is really good, different but sexy. My daughter is in her 20's and loves it, her and her friends always want to use it! When I wear it, I feel as though I've been transported to the 1930's or 1940's! Unfortunately it was discounted but it's still easily accessible to purchase. I love it, but at the time I bought it, I had no idea what it smelled like, I just decided to buy it on a whim after watching a documentary on the designer. Another one I heard about is Baccarat Rouge by Maison Francis Kurkdjian. I have yet to try it, its pretty expensive. I think Nordstrom might have samples for sale. I believe a sample is around $50!

A friendly tip: please don't keep none of your beautiful, precious perfumes in your bathroom. The humidity and temperature change( if you take a shower in there) kills them !!! They go much more faster expired wich is such a shame... just in case you didn't already know 😉😘

I was going to say the same thing. When she started walking into the bathroom, I was like OH NO!! Keep your fragrances in a dark place with cool temperatures. Heat and humidity with destroy your fragrances. They can last well over 10 yrs if stored properly. But they will only last up to 3 yrs before they change in the bathroom. Put them in a closet or get a pretty piece of furniture and put in the drawers.

Whenever I wear a scent, I stop smelling it after a while. At the end, you said to wear it for yourself. Any tips on how I can make the scent last all day w/o spraying too much? If I keep reapplying it, will it become just too much around other people? I have several bottles that I just gave up wearing because they just don't seem to last on me. Thanks for any tips anyone can give.

Loved this! But if you like vanilla scents, may I recommend Poets of Berlin? It initially smells like blueberries but as the day goes on, it morphs into the most amazing vanilla scent. I am in love with this one.
