I agree that if you’re no longer fully loving a scent, it’s ok to let it go to buy something new. I’ve been selling my perfumes on Mercari as well, and honestly it’s a good way to make extra money and get yourself something new ❤. I think the spots could be from the perfume . I always try and spray away from my other perfumes and lids . Sometimes the alcohol stains plastic . :)

I totally get it. I went from having +- 40 perfumes and mists to a total of 15 fragrances and I plan on keeping it this way or even minimazing. Bought a house with my bf this year and not only do you need the money for house stuff now, I also don't want to have to take up 2 whole shelves for my perfumes. For me it was a phase and now I'm 31 , I still love perfume but I like the idea of having just a few signature scents 🤷🏼‍♀️

Im definitely leary of people selling those empty bottles. I know some say its for collectors but you know people could also be putting fake product in those bottles and reselling them. I dunno could be wrong.

Just started the video but I'm at the part where you're mentioning people selling almost empty bottles, it's because there are people that buy them. It's really crazy but there are people that look for cheap original empty bottles to fill up with something fake and re-sell. The buyer would have no idea what they are buying is fake, so to anyone beware of that when shopping on the second hand sites.

I want to try those juicy couture fragrances. I’ve had those two on my list of things to try. I’m the same way with some of my fragrances, sometimes you out grow them or you just get tired of them and there’s nothing wrong with that.

Girl I also dont know how to feel about la belle but la parfum one. Like its really really beautiful but I feel like its way to strong and deep and mature for me I use to really love it when I first bought it and dont get me wrong I still do very much but its truly mature maybe I should get rid of it

That’s literally how it went for me I was so in love at the beginning then started to not use it as much but even when I smell it now I still think it’s a gorgeous fragrance but I never want to put it on myself 😭

I accidentally bought a fake delina yesterday for $150. :( I saw it on offer up. It was out of the package. I was lets do it! I'm ok if it's a little used. then when i went to pick it up it was "new" in the box and wrapper. I was like ok... I smelled it immediately and didn't get the rhubarb or strong scent so i was like umm this is weird. I haven't confirmed or done a side by side but Im never buying from offer up or facebook unless I know the scent profile already and could test it. Ive never had delina before so I truly don't know but I am like 99% positive its a fake. It sucks because the guy was so nice and he knew perfumes so well and he has hundreds of 5 stars... Good luck with selling. I'm sure your stuff is trust worthy but ugh I had a let down experience buying fragrance second hand for the first time. I suspect this bottle is real but new perfume was added or watered down. Like who would do that!? lol

I had a horrible experience on offer up also,I bought libre intense at an awesome price so I trusted this woman way too fast,I went to purchase black opium le perfum for 95 and my naive ass cash app d the lady.i never heard from her again.she disappeared and I lost basically $100😣I buy still but I will never ever cash app again on offer up

That is horrible. 😞 That’s why sometimes I’m super iffy about buying on Mercari sometimes and if I do, I ask for pictures just to make sure I can prove it to real because I’m not taking any chances. I’ve only ever bought like two perfumes off of there, but I always feel more safer when it’s somebody who sells multiple perfumes. For something that expensive girl we should be asking for confirmation and emails and receipts 🧾 😭

Oh no that’s horrible. Never send your money girl. It’s like I got to see the perfume right in front of me and let me smell it first and then I’ll pay you. 😭 when I sold one of my perfumes they pulled up in a car and they were like can I smell it? I gave them the perfume in my head. I was like they could literally just drive off their car was on and everything. It’s very sketchy doing stuff like that. Specially, when it’s meeting them 😅

It's kind of cringe to go from recommending perfume as "the best spring time perfume" to then declutter it a few months later. Kind of disingenuous. Seems like you're just making those recommendation videos just to make them for content and not because you genuinely believe those fragrances are good. Comes off super fake idk 🤷‍♂

Well, I always do say that just because I stop wearing them doesn’t mean someone else would not enjoy them plus, I don’t have money like that just to be buying them for the content I’m not trying to get rid of them because I don’t think they’re good. It’s simply because I want to get new perfumes. I don’t know how that seems fake unless I’m missing some thing. 🤷‍♀️

This is the most tired take in all of perfumedom. So tired. New perfumes are released literally every single day. Liking something doesn't mean that other things aren't better, and making room for new things is normal and ok. Do you keep every piece of clothing you've ever worn? Do you have every pair of shoes you've ever bought through your entire life? Come on, let's have some critical thinking.

Girl please. You do know people can love something very much or enjoy it and after awhile just not feel the same? We are allowed to enjoy things while it lasts. Not everyone is going to love something or hold on to something forever. Get over it its just a perfume at the end of the day.
