I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVE Instant Crush!! It doesn't smell anything like BR540 IMO..but it's so amazing. It's masculine in the beginning but the dry down to me is very unisex. This wont be a popular opinion but I love Instant Crush MORE than BR540 ...Instant Crush will forever be in my collection.

Exactly! I think the same,as I own them both BR540 and Instant Crush . They are on two different levels,BR540 is airy and sweet,Instant crush is more on extra sweet side with ginger/zingy depth to it.

I have this too and I absolutely love it! It smells nothing like BR540 but it lasts in my jacket, skin and I get whiffs of it through the days when I open my closet and wear that same jacket! The longevity is beast mode! I bloody love this, and you’re right it’s vastly different to MFKs version.

I have both br540 edp and instant crush. I love them both equally. No they dont smell the sama. Just similar vibes. Not a dupe or clone at all. Both are amazing. Very unisex. It smells sexy on both men and women. I'd argue it would also smell sexy on a dog

On my skin it does smell similar to baccarat 540. The difference is Instant Crush is linear, and baccarat changes through the wear. At least for me. Also, I do have compliments with Instant Crush, but I still didnt get any with Baccarat. And Compliments with Amber Our Rouge are uncountable. I guess skin is a big part of the final results.

I got rid of mine. It does smell more masculin on me and the saffron is extremely strong. Gave me a headach and its really potent. You can only use this on really cold days. Amber fever is better. Its like a way lighter version of instant crush and more feminine.

Two years later and I FINALLY took the plunge and blind bought it (it's not available to test in Christchurch, NZ). I absolutely love it and cannot wait until the colder weather starts to start rocking it! I agree, it is NOT a BR540 clone, the only shared notes are saffron, oakmoss, amberwood and vanilla! And, though the sweet/cotton candy airiness of this perfume is shared with the BR540 dna, this is a gorgeous stand alone fragrance that doesn't disappear on me like BR540! So I got olympea intense yesterday. It’s a very yummy scent but I didn’t find it to be too too special. I expected a more warm, less sweet amber. I was going to return it but then I went over to my bfs and he loved it! He kept smelling it and commented that he really really liked this perfume. So now I’m keeping it 🤣

Instant crush is beast mode. It’s almost to strong! It’s masculine but sweet at the same time which is so weird. I have the magnetic cap as well. If you want a dupe of B540 don’t go this route, you’d be better off with Cloud

Hi Gorgeous!I absolutely agree with your opinion. The masculine vibe puts me off a little but it has some incredible sexiness in it. I tried to layer with very feminine perfumes. Works very well. I’m pretty sure oakmoss is not in the BR540. The jasmine and the saffron are. I have both fragrance and IC by Mancera does resembles like BR540 but only in the opening.

I went through a decant fairly quickly so I got a fb but I don’t each for it often. I agree though: a masculine, oriental. Very Strong so don’t do your regular spray pattern😂. By the way I love the hair.

I also got a sample of MFK Grand Soir after hearing and reading great reviews and I promise you it smells like all the arab men in my family with a hint of urine (to me anyways) LOL, but my siblings agree with me. Maybe it's just us bc we grew up with oriental fragrances and have grown to abhor it, but every time I smell it I can't imagine others enjoying it. It's simply not pleasant. Delina was next on my list to try but your experience with it does not surprise me at this point, I think we're being duped. To each his own I guess.

I think you will like it. I got a sample of it and wore it to work last week. I got a few compliments from my female friends there. One asked what it was, so I gave her a spray of it, others saw what was going on so I gave them some also. They loved it. Some even went around getting others to smell it. It's not overly masculine, maybe it's just me as I don't mind feminine fragrances and wear some myself. Get a sample from Ebay, it will surprise you. Btw, I love Rose Vanilla. I had a sample of Intense Cafe, but RV is not as strong and a lot more people pleasing.

So I had some samples come without labels and Instant Crush was one of them. I couldn't figure out which one it was, but I was narrowing it down and the one I thought had to be Instant Crush smelled sweet and more like Tom Ford Noir Extreme or Femme. Who in the world ever suggested this is a dupe? Absolute nonsense. Fragrantica is an odd place sometimes, seems to be full of endless comparisons to BR540 no matter what the perfume is, its getting a bit ridiculous actually. Mancera - Instant Crush does not smell like Baccarat Rouge, it contains Saffron which is what some may be picking up on but countless perfumes contain Saffron, and long before BR540 ever came around. Take Fragrantica reviews with a pinch of salt, I've seen many odd reviews on there. Its useful to get an idea of the Sillage and performance but in terms of getting an idea of the smell of anything it will just get you confused. Always test first and find out for yourself.

@@suem7500 I do not have Ishraq gold I just have the regular one. It is very strong and has a longevity of up to 12 hours on me. When you spray it on paper there is a significant amount of oil left over so honestly I would think it was an extrait de parfum. It’s not your typical gourmand. It has almost a fresh note to it. I would definitely give it a try you can’t go wrong for the price. If you are from the states it’s $16 on Walmart right now with free shipping.

Just bought a 60ml bottle from selfrigdes and have worn for a week and I'm so disappointed in the performance only 2-3 hours and no projection at all has anyone else had this issue as I'm still thinking to buy a bigger bottle

Moisturize!!! The only way this is disappearing on your skin, is if you are really dry. Drink tons of water! Exercise regularly! And layer on top of body creams or oils!! These methods will help, trust. Also, spray on your cloths, it will last for days. It’s a beast!

No such thing as a masculine or feminine scent unless you fell for marketing. Everything is unisex.
