For me, I apply 6 sprays with an EDT, 4 (sometimes 5) with an EDP, 3 with a Parfum and 2 with an Elixir.

That also sounds very reasonable. What I do in the video is basically what I do. Sometimes if I know I'm going to be out all day, and it's an edt I'm using that day, I can also occasionally give it a little more on the trigger 🌞 Of course, we all have our methods.
