@@raulsaavedra709 I love GGA and Yatagan is a masterpiece. Even the modern formulation is amazing. Yatagan smells like the woods after a storm. Broken woody tree limbs and bitter pine with leaves crunching under foot on the Forrest floor with soil and rain . Masculine to the highest degree...even more macho than Kouros. But the beauty of harsh nature at the same time .

This is the rarest scent in recent years. Modern perfumes like to pursue sweet and greedy scents that are boring and greedy, and this kind of thick scent is very rare. I'm glad I have a bottle, the vibe it creates on the skin is fantastic.
@marcjohn94043 жыл бұрын
I absolutely love it. My only regret in purchasing it is that I only bought the 90ml, and I feel like I need a backup bottle now as it's one of those rare fragrances in 2021, especially in the designer realm, that pushes beyond the typical ambroxan, citruses, etc. bullshit. Actually, By Kilian has a fragrance called Dark Lord that is often compared to this, which also has Alberto Morillas as perfumer so I'm guessing that someone over there smelled this and loved it and basically decided they wanted their own "premo" version of this. Even though I love this, I 100% respect that you don't like it and I kinda figured it wouldn't be your cup of tea because of how base heavy it is and I remember your reaction to Oud Wood Intense LOL! It's definitely not for everyone, and I often see complaints about how strong and off-putting it is, which is great because I love the fact that there are fragrances that are so challenging. It's medicinal, it's animalic and dirty, but it also smells really well put together and something that a well dressed, mature gent would wear.

At first spray I couldn't stand this fragrance. All I got was motor oil and wood, and it was overwhelming. I tried it again after a year and still couldn't get behind it. Now, after another few years, I can't believe how much I'm enjoying this scent! It's gonna be tough to find an appropriate way to wear this, but I'm glad it's in my collection for use. My favorite fragrances are Dark Rebel from John Varvatos, Tobacco Oud and Ombre Leather from Tom Ford, and I tend to favor scents with those notes/profiles. Over the years I've become more open to different scents. Some scents that have grabbed me by surprise are Oud Fleur by Tom Ford, and Dior Homme Intense with their floral notes winning me over. Sorry for the long comment, but I felt compelled to share a bit of a story. If you do see this comment, I look forward to when you'll have business up and running in the US. I'm hoping to finally try Tabac, along with your other scents 🖤🤘🏻💀

This is one of my favourite fragrances! Not a crowd pleaser for sure. Sorry, but I do not wear fragrances to please anyone else, but myself. I do not mean to shock or offend anyone either, but you do not have to worry that you cause such a stirr wearing GGA - without overreacting - it is not a shocker after all, still very much a designer scent... I can see how some may get scared by the first hour, the drydown is much more palatable and quite heavenly. I would be interested to hear your opinion on Philippe Plein's No Limits - also from Alberto Morillas. The PP brand has absolutely atrocious macho image, but the scent is really good. Pretty much a toned down version of GGA with added sweetness thanks to chocolate and bourbon vanilla.

Like this is one I don't use a lot and I should wear it more. Ever since I put my nose on Dior Sauvage Elixir, everything goes to the backburner. This is amazing and it's different and I love the fact Gucci put out a great frag. I heard too that Gucci just throws out Woman's stuff and got me thinking, about Mugler. They dropped endless flankers to the A*Men series and like they just stopped making shit for men. I mean they showed they have the caliber. Now they just throw out woman's stuff. Sucks.
