A exceptional Myrre based fragrance is truly hard to find. Ja Malone's is very good, but only if it performed well. Its probably the best I've come across.

Tom Ford at this point is conspicuous consumption. Like, are you buying the perfume for $300. Because it's such an amazing, creative, original gut punch of a perfume? Or are you spending $300. On puddle water, because it's "Tom Ford?" Exactly.

That price is insanity. By weight, this is about 1/10th the value of PURE GOLD. £6 per gram for this stuff. Man, I hope more people start spending their money on independent houses where you get good stuff for fair prices and made by people that care.

Before you dismiss TF (and I dont blame you for considering it) please review Black Lacquer. That's the last interesting fragranc to come out from them IMO. Lauder has ruined the house sadly.
