I believe you either missed a new secret in world 5, or they added it. Near shedletsky, you can use click to move off the plank and onto a gray block visible from afar. Once you get to it, walk forward until you Can attack the dummy on a tower. It gives you the “Affront to god.” It deals 40 million - 50 million damage, and is worth 1 gold if sold.
