Nancy, does it have a warning on heat/sun. we had a thermal printer years ago and if the paper was in a hot car or in a window , the print faded away. things could have improved since then but please check before you use for something important.

@@sailormen730 I did an update video. It depends on what you will use it for. Foe me, I will be using it to print labels for my business, and I found a work around to print emails and yes, I am using it to carry in my laptop bag because I work on the go It's a yes, for me as a mobile office printer.

Concept is good, intuitive use is poor, instructions missing or not helpful, the machine’s execution is poor.

There seems to a lot of item with Chinese language that we need to read Chinese & speak Chinese!!!! Not a Good product to me. Sorry!😊
