Grass fed beef sucks. Little marbeling... Tough and stingy. Corn fed beef....good marbeling. Juicy and tender.

Beef, pork and lamb products, but I gather nowadays there is very little lamb or mutton produced. Was the lamb and especially the mutton cross subsidised with the income from wool production? The wool market appears to have all but vanished.
