Could it be that the diesel pump is faulty?

1, Open the lock bolt diesel pump shaft 2, removed l key 3, rotate pump shaft and after check rotar move aur not move rotar moved pump is OK 1=connect diesel and rotat pump shaft check diesel out aur no out 2= rotar not moved rotar broken. Maybe your mistake 1= no remove l key 2= lock bolt no unlock
