When we renovated our ensuite, we off-set the mixer valve so you could get the water temp just right without getting wet (frozen or burnt). Love it😍🥰

Construction is the most fun thing I ever did, and I've spent a lot of years sitting in an office, and doing a lot of flying. Glad those flying days are over! Retired now from self-employment as ceramic tile installer with my wife. We did that for about 20 years.

Job site lunch tip I picked up over the years...grab yourself a microwave from a second hand store or yard sale. I got my last one for $10 about 4 years ago and it's heating up lunch to this day. Recycle, reduce, reuse. Build On!!! 😃

would love if you could include a small corner card with the celsius equivalent whenever you mention temps! feet and inches are fairly straightforward even if you’re used to a metric system but fahrenheit is just one of those freedom units that’s hard to remember if you don’t use it 😂

Y'all need to get some Gas Buddy heaters. I recommend the Big Buddy with a 20lb tank and a thermo-electric woodstove fan. Cut out a notch just above the base of the fan so it can slide onto the cage of the heater. The heat powers the fan.

You guys have a pretty good motivating team. I know it sucks and hard to wake up in the morning for these types of work, but it's pretty laid back when you guys work together and inspiring. Makes the day job goes by better and quicker.. it's hard to find a good crew where it's laid back, fawk around with each other and still get the job done.

Hey, you guys might want to bring one of those wide magnets on a handle tool to the job site. It’s awesome for roofing jobs, but also for the incidental spills that always seem to occur. It would have even found the earbud! Thanks for another years worth of videos!

Pre-drill for limited number of restricted fastening to eliminate splitting ...also narrow heads are narrower using #7 0r 8, 2 1/4, 2 1/2 SS square head screws when trying to limit split fastening

Those little 1 in decking mitres. don't nail or screw them together, just let em float, I know from experience as soon as the temp fluctuates they crack and then the customer wants you back to repace the whole deck board. Merry Christmas.
