Only 2nd year working on my mini-food forest, urban permaculture, zone 8B, just north of you a couple of hours. I watch lots of videos, and your are some of the most helpful, easy to listen to and watch, practical, etc! Thank you!

Wonderful! I'm really enjoying the detailed views of your garden. I am interested in learning more about how you planned your swales and berms to slow water flow. It's hard to see it with all the beautiful plants - could you draw a diagram and show a photo of it?

Thank you for your videos. I am trying to build a permaculture food forest in a smaller city property in Virginia and I have learned so much from you.

I don’t really worry about zones. I’ve got a focus more on what plants would grow beat where. I have a lot of shade out front. So I’m focused on the shade plants out front. Partial shade around the side. Then full sun out back and full shade again back in my fruit trees. Nice to hear you saying not to focus on the zones. I’ve only got a 1/3 acre so it’s not a lot of space. And it’s kind of oblong east-west. So it’s awkward as far as sunlight goes.

I am binge watching your videos and learning so much from you. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this. Do you have a video that shows your pallet shed closer? I am thinking of making one that sits next to my annual garden space.

Hi Angela, I really enjoy your videos. I’ve been a permaculture hobbyist for years now. I’d like to give you a rare apple variety if you’ll accept it. Not sure how to move forward if you do. My KZbin skills are not great 🤷‍♂️

Ducks need a large natural pond & wide open areas to swim in. This is not natural for them unlike chickens. Ducks & chickens are not the same. For chickens it's o.k. environment, but for the ducks, it's very stressful, feels stuffy & almost like a prison life. I am against killing any animal for food. Now a days with advanced knowledge you don't need to. Vegetarians live a perfectly healthy life.

Thank you for the feedback I try and keep a lot of my videos under 10 minutes I do know the garden tour ones are a little bit longer. I broke it up into so many sections because I struggled to watch other garden tours that were over an hour long

Please cut the disclaimers on things like straight rows and not following zones. What is than left will be content and examples, those I find rather informative, but I wish I did not have to listen to all the disclaimers.

Could present the information in 5 minutes if the presenter didn't constantly repeat themselves.

Thanks for the feedback Robyn. As a teacher I find that folks need repetition to help things sink in. It helps secure things in ones memory. Appreciate you stopping by! :)
