Guy you spoke to me so deeply with what you were saying in this video about losing your passion and not wanting to do what you used to love, because I'm currently going through the same thing. I used to love singing, it was my life, my escape, music class was my favorite class BC singing was just my emotional outlet, but now its different, I bought a bunch of recording equipment hoping to pursue my dreams as a musician, but something happened and it suddenly feels like such a chore, everytime i try to record and sing into my microphone I feel anxious and I never end up recording anything im proud of, but you've motivated me to do better and pursue my passion. You said to try new different things, i think im gonna start by learning to play an instrument and broaden my musical horizons and capabilities, and study proper audio production and editing. Thank you for being such an inspiration

I apprenticed originally under a man in Baltimore, named Sophlin, or Stephen Caulderone. He's up for Baltimore Magazine's " Baltimore's Best stylist" this year, and I hope he wins... Your work is amazing!!!! Sophlin worked for Rusk in the early Irvine and Rita days. I worked for Rusk in the later Irvine and Louise Rusk days. Now Rusk "sold out" to some company... I love teaching, and I taught for Rusk, L'Oreal, Framesi and Goldwell... Recently, I purchased color from a salon that closed. It was mostly Rusk color... but also GUY TANG !!!! Then I saw your videos, and I can't wait to use it... Oh, how I miss the days of traveling, and working so hard behind the chair. I always needed lots of color to choose from, like you do... The talk of mental awareness is dead on. I have had a huge problem with getting back into doing hair again. After an abusive marriage and now a single Mom, I’m scared of the new applications but mentally I am damaged and I just haven’t thought I was good enough. This video has made my decision, i am good enough. And the people that are mentally unaware are that way, but it’s not my fault. I always say i am sorry. Thanks you for giving me the inspiration to getting back to what I do best! HAIR! LOVE the the hair. You are amazing Guy!! You have inspired me all the way around to do hair again. I am a little restricted because of spine surgeries but Your comment of taking long long hours on a client made me super happy lol. That is totally me!
