Easy solution: Open Task Manager and kill Desktop Manager. It will give a warning say yes and it will restart desktop explorer without watermark. Incase it wont restart desktop manager on its own click new task in task manager from top and type dwm.exe to run it again. You can create a bat file and click it to run this process easily. Open notepad and copy the following: @echo off taskkill /F /IM dwm.exe exit Save this as reset.bat then run it as admin and it'll reset whenever the watermark comes back. Hope it helps.

It's a convenient way of getting rid of the watermark, unlike the cmd method. But, we may face many errors regarding updating windows. Maybe sometimes, some software will show error codes. I tried removing watermark and faced these types of errors. It wasn't problem at the first but by time it got worse. I had to reset the whole pc while keeping baccup, and again had to install all my softwares and other necessary programs (directx,c++ and other setups required for gaming and other softwares). Trying to remove watermark makes your windows version cracked, and that's why you may face errors later in future which is still fixable but still it's a burden

Unfortunately this did not permanently remove the watermark, it reappeared after another login Edit: I changed the value from 4 to 5 and so far after 3 times restarting the watermark has not showed up again, hopefully it's another permanent fix for those whose original fix didn't work

@@erdemcelik6692 yes, i used the solution made by How to Fix Your Computer channel, unfortunately it require a private server to validate the key and i have to believe that server doesn't have any way to give something dangerous to my computer :p

@@erdemcelik6692 have the same problem i think its the windows policy not just to annoy.. best solution is whenver you boot you pc restart and the proceed it goes away... and yes you have to do it everytime
