​@@santoshibora1892 in previous question sir made 2nd equation in which he gave x y z and t their min. requirement so after that all are satisfied and now zero distribution is allowed ( kyuki ab agar vo kisi ko kuch b na de mtlb zero distribution ho to b sb satisfy honge isliye 13C3 ans) and in the next question p q r s have values from 0 to infinity which means here zero distribution is allowed that's why 9C3....(try to find out whether zero distribution is allowed here or not..if you look for natural no. whole no. u will be confused)
